HOW IT WORKS

Have your card swiped with every purchase made at Soup Freaks. For every dollar spent at Soup Freaks, one point is earned, rounded to the nearest dollar.¹ Earn 100 points and receive a $7.50 in-store credit that can be applied to any purchase made at Soup Freaks.

One dollar spent = One Reward Point earned ²

100 points = $7.50 in-store credit ³

$7.50 in-store credit are redeemed in 100 point increments †

HOW DO I KNOW MY CARD IS ACTIVATED?

After signing up, wait 24 hours and on your next visit to one of our retail stores, have your Souper Server swipe your card to make sure your card is active.

HOW DO I CHECK MY BALANCE?

Your Reward Card balance can be checked by visiting a Soup Freaks retail location and having your Souper Server swipe your card at the register to get the total points accrued todate.

¹Rounding to the nearest dollar means, for example 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 round down to 3, while 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9 round up to 4.
² Rewards points are not accrued on purchases made to collect on in-store credits.
³ In-store credits are not carried over and it is best to apply in-store credits to purchases over $7.50. For example, if a purchase is made for $6.00, then all of the in-store credit of $7.50 will be applied and the remaining $1.50 in-store credit will no longer be carried on your account.
†In-store credits can only be redeemed in 100 points increments. For example, if you have accrued 200 points, the purchase needs to be split into two transactions; i.e. a $20.00 purchase should be split into two $10.00 transactions, to which $7.50 in-store credit is applied to each transaction.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Your Soup Freaks Reward Card may only be used for making purchases at Soup Freaks stores.
Your Soup Freaks Reward Card cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account unless required by law.
Your Soup Freaks Reward Card cannot be used with Corporate Accounts.
The value on the Soup Freaks Reward Card will not be replaced if the Card is lost, stolen or destroyed.
The Soup Freaks Reward Card is the property of Soup Freaks Incorporated and the priveleges associated with the Card may be revoked at any time.
Use of the Soup Freaks Reward Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
